Co-opted Governor - Letter from Chair of Governors
For those interested in joining our governing body our Governing Body currently has a vacancy for a co-opted governor. Co-opted Governors are recruited and selected by the Governing Body itself, allowing us to select people with particular skills. We are looking for people with experience in finance, premises, personnel, curriculum or education. Governors need not be experts in the field of education. What they do need is an interest in the school and in the welfare of our children and the time and willingness to get involved. A co-opted governor can be anyone from our community (and they do not have to have a particular connection with the school). You may wish to put yourself forward for the role or nominate someone you know. The position will give you the very real sense of adding value to the school and giving children the best possible opportunity in life. Closing date for receipt of completed applications: Monday 11 October 2021
